All prices are for a 3 day rental, with an additional £100 per each extra day.
A 25% discount is applied for long term hires (2 weeks or longer)
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the yurts, and shoes should not be used within the yurt.
Please not that hot food cannot be cooked or consumed in any case within the yurts, nor food can be cooked using fire or barbeque in the proximity of the yurts, in order to avoid the smell to impregnate the canvas.

Delivery, Set-up and De-rigging
Set-up and de-rigging is £180 per yurt.
Delivery is charged at £0.6 per mile per trip.
I am able to keep our yurt hire prices low because I am a sole trader, however for the set up I would require a person assisting for about 30 minutes per yurt. If this is not possible, I will have to hire an assistant and this will result in extra expenses, depending on the distance/location/number of yurts hired. Please contact us for discussing details in case you cannot provide a person giving a hand for 30 minutes per yurt.
Charges are made per mile, calculated using AA route planner from our Oxford base, OX3 0QP. The charge is for two round trips.
e.g. If it were 50 miles from OX3 0QP to your location we would charge for 200 miles (£0.6 x 50 x 4)= £120
Delivery and set-up charges are made per yurt, when both yurts are hired for the same event.
Access
The Yurts will be delivered in a long wheel based van, so it is important that there is suitable access to the site where the yurt is to be erected. The van should ideally be able to park within 20mt of where the yurt or yurts are to be erected. If in doubt please contact us to discuss your site. If we have not be warned of difficult access you may incur a surcharge.
When using a hired venue, it is important that we have agreed access to the venue prior to each yurt hire. Each Yurt can take up to 5 hours to erect (10 hours for both yurts), so it is important to allow time for other suppliers to do their you before the event, and you the client ample time to not feel stressed about time scales.
Stewarding and additional works charged at £25/hr. Where we need to stay overnight we charge £100/person/night
Bookings
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. If the event is within 2 months of the Booking date a deposit of 75% may be required. Payment in full 2 weeks prior to hire.
A separate damage deposit of £1500 of the hire cost is to be sent by bank transfer.
Damage deposits will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the event, after inspection of yurts, unless damage is found. You will be required to sign a document upon rental: please read the Term and Conditions for details.
